The Third Fret Coffee House is the perfect Cape Cod performance venue to see nationally touring songwriters making waves throughout the country. We are proudly located at the beautiful Cotuit Center for the Arts. We offer a listening audience, beer and wine, and a variety of tasty snacks to enjoy during the show. Artists and listeners alike keep returning for the Third Fret experience.

Trespass Music has teamed up with the Cotuit Center for the Arts to bring you a wonderful songwriter series. Trespass Music Monday (formerly the Art Barn) offers a comfortable, fun space where you can bring the family to enjoy music performances from some wonderfully talented up and coming singer/songwriters.
